Fluxo Documents

Catch document errors before customs does.

How it works

Upload. Read. Check. Verdict.

Four steps. The AI does the work a document clerk would spend hours on. You get a prioritised list of what to fix — before customs sees it.

1

Upload documents

Drag and drop your shipment documents into the platform — Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificates, and any other documents relevant to your corridor. Multiple documents per shipment. Any format.

2

AI reads and extracts

The AI reads every field from every document — consignee, shipper, vessel name, net weight, departure date, HS codes, certificate numbers. Over 14 fields extracted and indexed per document. The same information a document clerk reads, done in seconds.

3

Cross-document checks

Six check categories run in parallel: extracted fields, document analysis, cross-document consistency, vocabulary consistency, route compliance, and product knowledge. Any discrepancy between documents — a weight that doesn't match, a vessel name that differs — is flagged with severity and a specific action item.

4

Verdict and action items

The review returns a verdict — Approved, Review Required, or Rejected — with a prioritised list of action items sorted by severity. Critical items need fixing before customs submission. You see exactly what's wrong, why it matters, and what to do next.

Six check categories

This is what the AI checks. Every time.

A document clerk reads for obvious errors. Fluxo runs six systematic checks on every document package — the kind of thoroughness that only works at machine speed.

1

Extracted fields

All named fields verified: consignee, shipper, vessel, port, dates, values, quantities, HS codes, certificate numbers.

2

Document analysis

Each document reviewed individually for completeness, internal consistency, and format compliance.

3

Cross-document consistency

Every shared field compared across all documents. Weight on the CI must match the Packing List. Vessel name on the BL must match the Health Certificate.

4

Vocabulary consistency

Product descriptions verified for consistency. "Braided rawhide" and "rawhide braid" on different documents triggers a flag — customs does not accept description variations.

5

Route compliance

Required certificates and permits verified for the specific trade corridor — FDA Prior Notice for US imports, APHIS for animal products, country-specific phytosanitary requirements.

6

Product knowledge

Product-specific requirements verified against the corridor. Different products have different certification requirements on the same route. The AI knows the difference.
